Organizational Change Management

Shelia Posey- Senior Training Specialist, Tyson Foods, Inc.

 

Sheila Posey has over 15 years of IT experience, most recently as a Senior Training Specialist in the Program Management Office (PMO) at Tyson Foods, Inc., where she leads efforts focused on process improvement and successful software deployment.

Sheila joined Tyson in 1994 and has worked in various other roles such as Corporate Trainer/Office Automation Specialist, Training Team Lead, and Change Management Specialist.  She has developed and implemented change management programs for several company acquisitions and four SAP deployments. These ranged from implementing divisional business process changes to transitioning thousands of Team Members to enterprise resource planning solutions. Her three-person team currently supports projects impacting over 100,000 Team Members at several hundred locations throughout the U.S.

Sheila holds a B.A. in Business Education from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with certifications in Computer Technology and Adult and Vocational Education.
