Michele Holloway, Project Lead IS Program Management Office, Tyson Foods, Inc.
Michele Holloway is a Project Lead in Tyson’s IS Program Management Office. The Program Management Office provides support to IS executives and team members for best practices in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Change Management. Currently, Michele leads a PMO program aimed at improving organizational visibility, defining and implementing processes and tools for IS resource capacity management and demand planning.
A Northwest Arkansas native, Michele graduated from Lyon College with a B.A. in English in 1991. After attending graduate school at UT Austin, she worked in Motorola’s semiconductor division’s E-Business Program Management Office as a business analyst for seven years. Michele has also worked for a Silicon Valley technology consulting firm and as a product manager for web application development at Autodesk in San Francisco. Michele returned to Northwest Arkansas in 2007 to raise her nieces, ages six and four, who live with her in Fayetteville.
