Carmen McKenna-McWilliams – Consulting Practice Leader

Carmen is the consulting leader for Acxiom’s Marketing Technology Center of Excellence (MTCOE).  Within the MTCOE there are five competency centers:   business intelligence, enterprise marketing platform, interactive marketing, database marketing and innovation.  For each competency center, Carmen leads the consultants responsible for the decisioning, execution and refinement activities.  She and her teams also manage all of Acxiom’s software vendor relationships as well as targeted analyst relationships.  Carmen recently was named to the Strathmore’s Who’s Who Worldwide List as well as Arkansas Business 40 under 40 List that honors Arkansans under 40 that have excelled in their field.  In addition, she is currently representing Acxiom in the Greater Little Rock Leadership program sponsored by the Little Rock Chamber of Commerce focused on promoting leadership in our community.  Carmen joined Acxiom in 1992 as a member of the financial services industry group focused on application integration and development.  As a data, database and software product expert, she consulted with account teams about database implementations, campaign execution, report creation and marketing fulfillment.  She has also led product development initiatives for Acxiom’s Standard Database solutions.  Before joining Acxiom, Carmen was an independent software and database contractor.  She performed a variety of services such as software development, database administration, SQL programming and technical writing.  For Longer Bio:  Carmen graduated from Hendrix College in 1992 with a B.A. in business and accounting and an emphasis in mathematics and economics.  A native of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, she currently resides in Conway, Arkansas.
