Tamara Petrusawich - Director of Information Services, Strategy & Enterprise Architecture in Global Systems & Servces
Tamara Petrusawich is director of Information Services Strategy & Enterprise Architecture in Global Systems & Services at ConocoPhillips. She manages groups that focus on the future operations of information technology (IT). This includes strategic staffing, communications, vendor relations, enterprise architecture and long-range planning. In addition, she is a member of the Information Services leadership team. Petrusawich has more than 20 years IT experience, beginning with an internship at Phillips Petroleum Company, a predecessor to ConocoPhillips. Her career has been shaped by her personal goal to “never stop learning and share what you’ve learned with others.” Prior to accepting her current position in Nov. 2007, she was director of the company’s Global Real Estate & Facilities Services, introducing service model concepts for leveraged support ranging from corporate travel, hotel, wellness centers and meeting services to mail, document and fleet services.
Beginning with a hands-on service approach by providing software and hardware support for executives in 1990, Petrusawich quickly moved into IT analysis and applications support for refining, marketing and transportation businesses from 1992-1997. During the next four years she coordinated, then managed the company’s Web Services, broadening her exposure to cross-functional teams and developing tiered price structures later used in portfolio service management, a position she was named to direct in 2005, establishing the service manager role and building the first IT service catalog.
Born in 1967, Petrusawich was reared in Oklahoma City, Okla. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer-related mathematics in 1989.
Tamara and her husband Mark have three daughters and live in Owasso, Okla. Her hobbies are focused on her family and include reading, running and traveling.
